November weekend!

Had a short trip to ‘Cas Vegas’ for the weekend! Once the mist had cleared, it turned out to be a lovely day.

Had a nice walk, lovely clear blue sky.   Down on the canalside they are demolishing the old disused chemical works.   I dont know if or what they are going to build on the land, but whatever, it is going to be less of an eyesore.

Got a call from Pam, they had gone for a quick cruise on Renegade, however they had broken down near Woodlesford.  Said we would try and help them tomorrow.  Yummy chinese takeaway in the evening.

Got up reasonably early and set off to rescue ‘Renegade’. 

Chris and Gerard spent a while trying to mend/sort out the ‘leg’ and propeller to no avail, parts required, so towed her to safety!!
